We have had a lot of rain here in East Tennessee lately.  We are 7 inches over the average for the year!  Glad the sun is supposed to be out for the next few days.  Great time to come take a look at our community.  Call me for an appointment!

It is already Fall in East Tennessee andthe colors are amazing.  Check out these photos we took of all the pretty trees.

Its been a beautiful summer here at James Ridge, lots of rain, grass is so green it hurts your eyes, baby deer fawns everywhere, and that magnificent mountain view every morning!

There’s a rumor in Loudon County about a huge new industry locating here, but we can’t find any solid info and rumors aren’t worth much!  There is lots

 of room for new construction in the industrial parks.

Spring is popping out in East Tennessee!  The recent warm temperatures are really doing a job on the many hardwoods here at James Ridge. The new leaves are bright green – almost lime green. Easter was gorgeous and it sure is nice to enjoy the blue skies and warm weather after our crazy winter.

James Ridge is located right off the interstate in Loudon.  Just a few exits down the road is Turkey Creek.  Turkey Creek is Knoxville’s newest and largest shopping area.   Click here to see what stores Turkey Creek has to offer.
